Susanna’s passion for choral music began more than 35 years ago during her junior college days. After a career as a Medical Product Specialist and Corporate Trainer with multinational companies, she followed her passion for choral conducting and worked with and helped develop several school choirs, before taking a career break to raise her three children.

She has been actively involved in her church’s music ministry for many years as a cantor, pianist and choir conductor. She has also been a member of ONE Chamber Choir for the past decade and has served as a Jury Manager at the Singapore International Choral Festival (SICF) for the past three years.

With experience working with people across different stages of life, Susanna believes that choral singing is a lifelong journey, one that brings people together, builds confidence and friendships, and provides opportunities to continue learning and growing at every age. As Choir Manager, she hopes to foster a warm, caring and supportive environment where every chorister, from young singers to seniors, feels valued and encouraged to develop their musical abilities, discover new possibilities and experience the joy of making music together within the ONE Choral Company family.
