From pharmaceutical sales at Johnson & Johnson to shaping the regional choral landscape, Quee Ming’s journey has always been guided by a deep passion for the arts. His early career in music retail at Tempest Music quickly evolved into hands-on event management, including key work on the Hong Kong Winter Choral Festival with Rave Group.

Driven by a vision to elevate choral music across Asia, Quee Ming co-founded Sourcewerkz as a choral events company. During this time, he conceptualised and founded the Singapore International Choral Festival (SICF), now a flagship cornerstone for choral communities worldwide and an anchor in the Singapore choral scene.

Today, Quee Ming leads ONE Choral Company, a registered arts charity home to the acclaimed ONE Chamber Choir. Combining over a decade of festival production expertise with a dedication to artistic excellence, he remains committed to nurturing vocal talent and connecting global communities through song.
