Seah Quee Ming
Executive Director

Music is more than a performance; it's about the shared experience that enriches lives and strengthens communities. Through choral artistry, I hope we find a space where voices unite in harmony, creating moments of beauty and reflection that resonate deeply within us.
Quee Ming began his professional journey with Janssen-Cilag, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, as a pharmaceutical sales representative. However, his passion for the arts soon drew him to choral management. His first venture into the industry began with a humble music score shop, Tempest Music. From there, he started gaining experience in choral event management, notably working alongside Rave Group for the Winter Choral Festival in Hong Kong.
Driven by a vision to further develop choral arts in the region, Quee Ming went on to establish Sourcewerkz together with his choir teacher Ai Hooi, choral conductor Chee Foon and his choir senior Wei Meng. Among his key achievements was the conceptualization and founding of the Singapore International Choral Festival (SICF), which has since become a cornerstone event for choral communities in Singapore, Asia and beyond.
With an unwavering commitment to promoting choral music, Quee Ming's journey continues to evolve. He now leads ONE Choral Company Ltd, a merger of Sourcewerkz and ONE Chamber Choir, bringing together his expertise in choral events and performance.
